ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR IN-PERSON TICKET HOLDERS:

  • No hard copy tickets are needed – your name will be on the door list when you arrive. (Feel free to save this confirmation.)
  • There is Free Parking on weekends at the Train Station commuter lot – 1 block away from BTC on Southside Ave.
  • Suggested arrival time is around 1:30 since it will take a little time to stagger admittance and order food and drink options.
  • Refreshments will be sold including beverages, sparkling and still water, cheese boards, cookies and other snacks.
  • We will also continue to sell 50/50 raffle tickets at the event (don’t need to be present to win).
  • Lawn Seating ticket holders are requested to bring their own lawn chair and/or blanket. (Blanket-only for the student ticket holders.)

Some other reminders from the Terms & Conditions:

Refunds/Exchanges. All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be given. You may email us (at least 24 hours in advance) to transfer your tickets to another party if you cannot attend.

General Notes. Running time is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, no intermission. Appropriate for all ages.

Streaming Notes. If you purchased a Live Stream (Virtual) Ticket, you will receive the viewing link at least 1 hour prior to showtime – at the email address you provided. (Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders.) The performance will only be viewable during the live performance time.

Venue Notes. The performance will be outside. Audience members will be seated according to social distancing guidelines and required to wear masks at all times. Temperature checks will be conducted. Warm clothing is encouraged. In this environmental performance space, the terrain is not paved and is sometimes uneven, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Restroom access is extremely limited.
